Coaching and Partnership Services
There are three levels of service available. For some businesses it makes the most sense to progress through the levels, others may already be suitably advanced in their development to join at a higher level.
Entry Level
Together we build the foundations of your three core business functions of Sales & Marketing, Operations, and Finance. Once the foundations are in place we can start building your business upon them by moving you from working in your business to the mindset of working on your business.
£1,000 per month
Intermediate Level
After reviewing your business foundations we will work together to build the business that will provide you with the level of income and lifestyle you desire - Anything is possible!
We increase the intensity of working on your business and meet every week to maximise productivity and accountability.
£2,500 per month
Expert level
Scale for sale and exit! After years of hard work you have a thriving business that you're ready to sell and sail off into the sunset. We will work together to fine tune the business to maximise the sale price and introduce you to potential buyers.
An initial assessment will need to be completed before being invited to join this level.
